Lindsey Stirling (born September 21 in 1986) is an American musician, violinist and dancer. She performs choreographed violin performances, in music and live video clips that are available through her personal YouTube channel that she started in 2007. "6" Stirling sings in a variety of musical styles, including pop, classical and electronic dance music. Aside from original work the discography also includes versions of songs performed by other artists and soundtracks. 7]8] Her YouTube video for music, "Crystallize", was the 8th most watched. 9. In 2013 the year she was born, her Pentatonix rendition of "Radioactive" was awarded the Response of the Year award in the YouTube Music Awards. Stirling has sold more than 1 million singles around the world by August 2014. "Stirling" released one million singles worldwide by August 2014. Stirling was awarded the title the number one YouTube channel by Forbes magazine in the 30 Under 30 Musicians: Class of 2015.
